Title: Meat and Potato Pie

1cnCream of mushroom soup
1lbGround beef
1/4cOnion, chopped
1 Egg, beaten
1/4cFine dry bread crumbs
2tbChopped parsley
1/2tsSalt
2cMashed potatoes
1/4cShredded cheddar cheese
1smContainer of sour cream with
  Green onion

Mix 1/2 of the soup, ground beef, onion, egg, bread crumbs, parsley and salt. Press firmly in 9 inch pie plate. Bake for 25 minutes then spoon off the fat. Mix potatoes with sour cream and frost meat with potato mixture. Place remaining soup on top of potatoes and sprinkle with cheddar cheese. Return to oven for 10 more minutes. Randy Rigg
